Evan Lamicella has over 1 million followers on TikTok. When he’s not making content for his fans, he’s working on building his streetwear empire: StreakThreads. We shot this session over the course of a day, from the studio for some B&W portraits to going out to the park and catching the cherry blossoms blooming in Fairmount.

I shot this session with two cameras: the Mamiya 645 Pro loaded up with Ilford Delta 400 & Fujifilm 400ProH, and the Nikon F3 using the rest of the Cinestill 800T that was already loaded. I had some reservations about using the Cinestill since it’s balanced for Tungsten light and is traditionally used at night, but fortune favors the bold — we got some really great-looking highlights around the bright cherry blossoms, and in the end, made some really interesting-looking portraits.
